Who am I and why should you listen to me?

Hi I’m David AKA Yoga Dave. I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation for over 20 years and after qualifying with the British Wheel of Yoga, teaching for the past decade.

When I started yoga, I had tight hamstrings, lower back issues and was stressed, looking for a way to relax. Yoga really helped me in all these areas and I teach yoga to help others in the same situation.

I don’t just teach yoga, by the way, I started up a technology business 15 years ago which keeps me busy. So I know what it’s like, keeping a work-life balance.

My mission: to help people improve strength & flexibility and be relaxed in their body and mind through yoga.
